I was not able to attach files it would not let me send if you have an email address I could sent the files there.
Hi dina the Transitions program can be set at any price to meet your clients needs and for the most part is all inclusive and the information that is provided is given to the clients in the class. The supplements are only a part of the program. Information for teaching the class is not online as that is a customer page you were looking at. Your classes and information with the use of the Transitions website could very easily be adopted into an online program. I did the same thing for awhile. I have run the class without using the supplements because some had health concerns and it did not seem appropriate to allow them. I generally leave it up to the client if they want to add them in. The great thing about this weight management system is it becomes residual income for you. You get paid each month the clients use the Transitions website and for as long as they use any of the supplements, they order them online so you do not have to push them. There is a whole line of vitamins and other products they could choose from also and often they do. I have include a copy of the study plus an overview. I have used the videos for some classes and not for other they just help reinforce info. Here is the link for the online portion.
Let me know if you need any more info. It is a very research based program. I had also looked at Private Label Fitness. I went with what gave my clients more sound nutrition options and what helped me get paid the best and gave me the most options.

Hey Karen how are you? I visited the link & I was able to find the Transitions kit but I was unable finding info about the course. I'm really not interested in selling or promoting any type of supplements but rather educating my clients on the minerals & nutrients they need on a daily basis as well as consuming them through food. Could you send me the link to the actual course so that I may look at the outline? So far I think the Private Label Fitness course works best for me and will for my clients as well. I want to make a comfortable income for my time but I also try to make my fees comfy to my clients as well, it helps them stay around longer :) I am very interested in providing the services via internet!!Thanks for your time,Dina

in the Transitions Lifestyle System there is also on online service
similar to e-diets offered. Using these materials you can learn to
run 6-12 week classes that meet once per week a charge up to $500.00
per client. In six weeks my clients loose on average of 20 pounds
and 2-3 inches off their waist and 1-3% body fat. You also get a
kick back from the products you sell to your class. here is the link.

A few days ago I received a brochure in mail from a company
titled "Private Label Fitness". Before receiving the info I was very
interested in providing Weight Management Courses at different
locations within my community. This company has the materials needed
at a very reasonable prices as well as a comprehensive course outline
that can be modified. I hate jumping into anything without at least
checking out what else is available in the industry.

previously offered Weight Management Courses I am very interested in
the materials you used as well as hearing about your experiences,
negative or positive.
