New Guy here with two more cents. If you are having issues with
potential clients that seem stuck on this subject, Spend a little more
time building rapport and working on meeting their needs. If someone
truly believes that you can get them the results that they desire, it
won't matter to them. In the 25 years that I have been doing this,
there have been times that I had let my certs slip and had nothing to
show my clients. However, my professionalism, confidence and product
knowledge caused them to WANT to train with with me.
Always keep learning and getting more certs CEU's etc. but don't let
that define your business.
Stay Phit!
