As far as finding a trainer goes, IMHO,
the best way to find one is through word of mouth. Do you know anyone who has a
personal trainer that they like? If not, then it’s just interviewing
different trainers to see if their style matches your style. One PT friend of
mine purchases leads through www.respond.com.
I also know that the ACE website allows you to locate trainers in your area. http://www.acefitness.org/profreg/
The third approach I might suggest is to google personal trainers in your area.

Hello
I am going on to the next phase of my weight loss. Having lost 81pds.
I am becoming less moviataed. I do not work out at a franchise gym.
Just a gym operated by a church. However i am looking for a trainer to
work with me to get me to the next and final phase of working out. But
i do not know how to find a good personal trainer. I perfer working
with a female so if anyone can help me or point me to a website so i
can find a good trainer. I would greatly appriciate it.
