Hello
I am going on to the next phase of my weight loss. Having lost 81pds.
I am becoming less moviataed. I do not work out at a franchise gym.
Just a gym operated by a church. However i am looking for a trainer to
work with me to get me to the next and final phase of working out. But
i do not know how to find a good personal trainer. I perfer working
with a female so if anyone can help me or point me to a website so i
can find a good trainer. I would greatly appriciate it.
