I am a 33 year old male who has lost 76 pounds but I need to lose
another 30 pounds. I been working out maybe 4 to 6 times a week. I am
having a great deal of difficulty in the following areas. I am doing
lunges but feel like i am not doing them right. Is there another
exercise i can do to work the same the the lunges do. Also some time
ago i feel on a treadmill and bruised my hip. I do back extentions for
my abs and it bothers my hip. Is their another exericise i can do to
work my abs besides the back extentions??
