I am a 34 yr old female who is somewhat new to working out. I have
been doing 30 min. cardio sessions, in my home, for about a year now.
My question to you is this. I would like some advice on how to target
my lower back (love handles), inner thighs and lower part of the
glutes-saddle bags. The most common areas for a woman to store fat.
I'm not over weight by any means, but need to just tone up those
areas. I started to jog again, with the cold weather coming on, I
need some indoor activities that can improve my body.
I don't have any large equipment, a step and weights is all that I own.
Please help!!
