Hello All,

I've been lurking here for a while and have noticed a drop off in
posts over the past few months. I hope that means everyone is busy
in their practices and/or getting in their summer vacations. I'd
like to introduce myself. I'm a massage therapist and certified
personal trainer living and practicing in Chapel Hill, NC. I've had
a successful practice for almost 7 years now. Prior to this, I had
a background in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, business
development and marketing. I have started and sold 7 businesses
over the past 18 years.

I'm a former competitive gymnast and swimmer so I understand the
mental and physical aspects of being an athlete. In 2003 I was
awarded the only research grant given to a massage therapy
instructor by the American Massage Therapy Association Foundation.
In 2004, I served on the Athens Health Services Sports Massage Team,
as one of a group of 70 practitioners who went to Athens Greece to
work with the athletes of the 2004 Olympics and Paralympics.

I have recently been approached by several businesses to help them
market and increase their revenues with the current clients they
have without endangering their bottom line. My clients include Full
Spectrum Healing, M. Hall, DC, Triangle Personal Training, and Great
Earth Vitamins, among others.
