leg extension is is bad for the knee when you hold the
weight for too long at the top of the movement.
There is a lot of tension going on in the patela of
the knee and therefore is terrible for the whole knee
joint!!!
You should extend the leg and about 10 degrees under
the full extension you should bring it down.
Thats what I do.
