is it a stitch or musculer pain. does it gradually get worse or come straight away

I do know I eat about 8 oz of lunchmeat about 3 times a week. Could
too much sodium be the cause? Could I be to dehydrated before running?
Any suggestion would be very helpful. It is very important that I pass
this test on Saturday.
