hey guys I was wondering about putting on some mass after my photos
are done. I was thinking of going to about 160 pounds ( the heaviest I
have ever been) from 137 (right now). I usual eat 4-5 meals a day such
as 1. 1/2 cup of oatmeal with strawberries 2. fat free bologna
sandwich on whole wheat 3. chicken with rice and beans and green
vegetable 4. rice cake with reduced fat penutbutter 5. (optional)
protien shake. I was thinking that if I took a wieght gainer shake of
1500- 2000 calories over that I should be able to put on some quality
muscle, what do you guys think?
