Hi guys it is Rob, I am thinking about bringing my bodyfat scale with
me to the gym on my next scheduled day. I think this might motivate
people and possibly even get new clients for personal training.
However I seem to be having a difficult time getting an acurate read
off of my scale, this is a bioimpedance type scale using electricity
to get a measurement. I seem to come up around 20-24% body fat on this
scale but when I have taken my last 3 body fat tests I was 13.6% in
January and then 11% in the begining of march and finally about 3
weeks ago I was 9.8%. I read somewhere that people who are really low
on bodyfat usually come up with a incorrect reading, Do you think this
is correct? Please respond and let me know what you guys think. Thanks
