This Group=>This program is designed for both women & men of all fitness levels and abilities. Participants burn 400-700 calories per class, up to 1200 – 2100 calories per week! A daily outdoor fitness training program for people looking for a serious change to their workout program or for those needing a jump-start to their fitness program.
