This list is for men/women/children having 100 pounds or more to lose to reach their personal goal weight or have lost 100 pounds. Members to this list must be current TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) members, with at least 100 pounds to lose from their HIGHEST TOPS weight. We will post regular updates on everyone's progress as we seek to lose our excess weight in a sensible manner. FUN CONTESTS INCLUDED such as increment contest, 25 & Alive, kops challenge, and sweating off the pounds.
