The idea of a faceless bureaucracy used to not only frustrate but intimidate me. Today, my mother helped me to release all the negative karma I was holding related to bureaucracies and the results have been immediate. In fact, they were twofold. First, I lost my feelings of angst toward bureaucracies in general and two bureaucracies in particular: The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and the Canadian Passport Agency. Second, I was able to obtain a renewed driver’s license in under a half hour despite not having the conventionally required documentation. I’m not sure if any of you reading this have ever dealt with the Florida DMV, but to me this was truly a miracle. The impact that this work has had is clearly not only on my own psyche but on the universe as well.

I credit my mother with knowing exactly what would work to calm my frustrations and I thank her for being patient as I experimented with the techniques she proposed. I appreciate how thorough she is as a therapist. Her interest in getting tangible results is evidence of her commitment to her clients.
