Hi Blain and Sue,
I am so glad you have a job and sorry it is hard dealing with the people. I think all jobs are like that especially depending on the group of people. I like Sue's input- good ideas!
I just got back from vacation and go back to work today. Trying to get caught up on everything. It was a FANTASTIC vacation!!!!!! 8,000 acres of beautiful earth, wildlife and great people! Wow! I feel blessed.
I will stop in at your work too Blain- as soon as possible. Hang in there! You can do it!
Love,
Sara

All's you can do is communicate well. Let the person who telling you something different the other person told you to do something a different way. Someone's got to be the boss - so what they say goes. Ask their opinion. It will also help if when someone else is complaining, let them know right off the bat that you're not interested. Tell them to tell it to the person their talking about. That ought to shut them up. I know...easier said than done, but it will make your life easier in the long run. I'll try to stop in and say HI!Take care,SueIn a message dated 8/4/2005 6:30:34 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, murmigel@... writes:Hi everyone. I haven't got or seen any messages in days. So, I'll
start a message of what's going on with me. I've been working but it
is hard. I have worked with 3 different people and each one has been
trainning me a different way. Plus, the first thing each of them tell
me about during my shift is complanning of other workers they work
with. That is whats been so hard about this job. I am shocked I have
not had a seizure at this job yet. I hope I do not. Come in a see me
some time. Friday I work from 9am-4pm. Next week, I work Monday and
Tuesday from 11am-5pm and the same with Thursday and Friday. The store
is called 'Ameristar' and its on South 16th Street across from DSHS.
See ya, Blain
