I don't know about Washington's laws, but Oregon's require the doctors to report seizures. If your son has had all his seizures while watching TV , photosynthesis may be a catalyst.  I know of 2 people who have had seizures while driving and thankfully they did not injure themselves or anyone else in the resulting motor vehicle accidents. Please seek medical help. there are a lot of innocent people out there on the road.
