Re: [Cent_Wa_Epilepsy_Support] Re: Need answers in Oregon

Thank you for your reply. We live about 30 miles south of Roseburg and my name is Becky. We want to see what the nuerologist has to say on the 3rd, but I fully intend to seek a second and even 3rd opinion. I am so sorry to hear about your child. This has been a nightmare for us as I am sure it has been for you. We had heard that some of the best childrens neurologists were in Medford, but no one has a name, so how good can they be if no one knows who they are. I didn't realize how many people dealt with seizures until now. This truely breaks my heart. Everyone seems to have a unique situation. Our son's have been strictly nocturnal thus far which burns the question into our mind, are we going to wake up even with him right next to us? He has already voiced his concern about being afraid to sleep nand all we can do is reassure him even though we aren't sure.
Thank you again for responding and listening.
