Subject: [Cent_Wa_Epilepsy_Support] Parent Support Group in Seattle
Dear Parents:
We are starting a new support group for parents and caregivers. The group will meet every other month on Saturdays from 10am till noon. Our first meeting took place this Saturday, 11 people attended. We had non-stop, lively conversations for the full two hours!
The next meeting will be on March 8th. The topic is "Navigating within the school system." A parent advocate from Washington PAVE will be there to speak and answer questions. The presentation will be followed by a discussion and plenty of time for networking.
Please let me know if anyone would like to join the group mailing list and receive e-mail reminders for the support group meetings.
