Hi. Just a hint. Keep a daily Diary to
help pinpoint Triggers. Check to see what foods eaten/drunk, OTCs taken etc.
Check label of foods as many have toxic substances as preservatives/flavours/colours.
See if diet sufficient to get all the nutrients required as many AEDs deplete
them from system. Cheers
