I banned this person, but I see it got through anyway.  Does anyone know what the feature is in yahoo to have to pre-approve someone before they join the group?  I'm the list owner, but I'm also the 1st to admit that I don't know much about it.
 
These messages are annoying me as much as they're annoying you and they're getting more frequent.
