Did you read about the PCT's withholding funding for respite to carers on Carers uk? Apparently PCT's have been given funding for this and seemed to have not

MH Services is giving ony 250 in Harrow to carers for respite. They seem to have forgotten about the 'One off' Direct Payment. Maybe the new Personalisation &
