I'm new to this group and would like to start out with a question: Does
anyone know if it's better to soak the apricot seeds in water overnight?
This was suggested to me by a friend, who also said to peel the outer
skin. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? My
friend referred to a book named "Conscious Eating" by Gabriel Cousins.
The theory is that the soaking deactivates the enzyme inhibitors in the
seeds and the peeling of the skins is because they contain something
that could potentially irritate the digestive tract in high doses. I
would appreciate any comments on this matter.
Also, what quantities are people taking in the self treatment of cancer?
