Jason Vale, as many of you know, received 5 1/2 years in prison for selling apricot seeds and b-17. The appeals court finally agreed that the judge (Gleason) did not follow the federal guidelines when
sentencing and should have given Jason 18 months at the most for the crimes he was convicted of. His has already done 2 1/2 years. There is a great possibility he will receive time served and be home by Christmas. Lets all keep him and his family in our prayers.
