Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for the warm support in response to the last e-mail sent.
Without Faith it is impossible to please God. Today, Thursday July
10, 2003 I was in court at a pre-trial hearing deciding whether or
not to use the public defenders (who do not know FDA law) the new
private council (just retained last week) or go pro se (on my own
behalf). I did not feel comfortable depending on either the public
defender or the new council, Jeffery Denner. Although, Jeffery
Denner is a whip. I also handed in a motion for the judge to
relieve himself because of prejudice at the last hearing. That

More importantly, if you can come to the trial or just pray
throughout it will be appreciated. It is July 14th, starting with
jury selection at 9:30 AM Please pray because I am unskilled in the
court room but know how to tell the truth.

On a happier note, DMSO is a wonder. I spoke to Milly Webster who's
husband had just sufferred a stroke. He was in bed when i called
and they were not able to get him up and into a chair. I told her
to immediately put DMSO all over his head and to take a teaspoon
every 15 minutes. The DMSO breaks any clot that may have formed in
the brain. I told her to call me back in a half hour. 15 minutes
later she called and said that her husband was not coherent and was
up and in the chair. While I was still on the phone with her she
said that he had just started reading the paper that they put in
front of him. THIS IS TRUE and is very common if you drink the DMSO
right after a stroke. DMSO is only extract from tree bark...natrual

Hello, Jason -

You can be assured of my prayers for you in the upcoming court
battle. Actually, our prayers should be for the welfare of the
whole nation - to be freed from the tyranny of the FDA, which is
indeed the enemy of the people. The FDA is a tool in the hands of
big business - big pharmaceutical drug business. The FDA has a
headlock on the legal system, and is in a position to win this court
case unless the jury can see how wrong it is to deny the American
people the right to freedom of choice in cancer therapy and other
health freedoms. Let our prayers be for wisdom in the jury. It's
the whole FDA setup that must be defeated, not just their vendetta
against Jason Vale.

In case you see fit to forward my message to others, let me add that
I was down with cancer in 1972, but learned way back then of exactly
the same treatment that you have promoted in recent years. I
attribute my freedom from cancer to the nutritional value of
amygdalin (laetrile) which I have taken all these years in the form

My name is Fiona Skinner and my mother Janet Skinner has advanced
melanoma in her lymph nodes, she has started to take the apricot
seeds and her new lump on her arm has got softer and smaller.
Compared to the previous lumps this is fantastic news! Whatever it
takes, however you have to do it, please never lose faith and
