Has anyone ever heard of coprolalia that manifests spontaneously but only when a
person thinks he/she is alone and not in earshot of anyone? The urge is minimal
if one is not alone and other Tourette's symptoms appear to be lacking.

Perhaps the manifestation is related to an OCD pathology but all available
literature seems only to connect coprolalia either with Tourette's or with
Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome (a rare condition with unmistakable diagnosis & symptoms).
