One of our patients requested our doctor to call one of her "friends" to talk to
them about her case/diagnosis. I know we can do it because she has requested it
and we have it documented but the question is can we bill for it?

The doctor knows it is going to take up quite a bit of his time so he would like
to bill. What are your thoughts?
