Counting Blessings

Today I count my blessings
as I look out o'er the field..
And realized there's so much,
I feel that I should kneel;
I bow my head in humbleness
and give HIM gratitude,
I thank HIM for that rugged cross
as on a hill it stood.
It's by HIS Grace I have a home
and a family I hold dear,
When there's a problem small or large,
He's always standing near.
When I grow weak and want to quit,
HE reminds me what I'll lose...
HE ...renews my strength and faith .
. from the source in which it grew.
HE blesses me each day HE gives ...
for HE could end it all...
But for HIS protection, care....
each of us would fall.
Today I count my blessings great...
as I look out o'er the field......
I humbly bow my head in prayer....
before HIM I now kneel.
