While based in Northern Virginia, NOVA, we welcome long distance members! We share online knowing many are unable to join us in person. We have members in TX, NJ, MA, NY, FL, +.

As they are up to it, CFSupport's moderators Elly Brosius and Toni Marshall send meeting reminders & summaries, articles about treament and research, and notices from members. There are helpful files for downloading and photos of snapshots from group events. Our geocities website has a Calendar, books, clinical trial info, links, much more. Our group, our list, and our notices are informal and all volunteer, but approached with care, respect, and understanding. We endeavor to keep our posts positive and informational, and fewer than one per day on average so as not to overwhelm.

CFSupport also posts for Elly's Gratitude Group (EGG), a group of people with CFS, FMS, etc., who help each other shift focus to what is working well, what can be appreciated, and to experience how our perspective influences health. We encourage each other to spend more energy on the uplifting and less energy on the draining. EGG meets by national conference call and at Washington DC area locations.
