Spring is on it's way!p>

May this month bring you better health and less pain.
Our list is here to support, laugh, cry, and share a piece of ourselves. We are all like family here.
We want this list to be totally open to positive thoughts.
Because the majority of the group are Christians, there are several Christian poems thoughts shared on the list, to help with support.
Please, do not post ANY politic jokes or statements. It does tend to create biases, and we would rather keep the group with postiveness and upbeatness.
We DO allow CAPS used, if necessary, because several of our family members have poor eye sight because of their diseases.
Attachments are allowed, because many have great things to share.
If you have an item you want to sell, contact the staff first. Examples are: offering 'miracle drugs'and diet programs. The list has asked for us to screen the items first.
We are a total support group, and many of the men and women have asked for NO INVITES TO OTHER GROUPS please.
