Thanks Jim for giving me greater detail on that. It helps to hear
these concepts applied to different questions to see how this
corrective process to the body is working.

I used to grok science back in the 9th grade. Then in the 10th grade
I officially slipped into the Black Hole of Fiber Fog. ( Ironically I
think lack of Fiber might have had played it's part lol :o)

If the FIR sauna-ing along with the right nutritional sources can amp
up the metabolism and then maintain balanced and complete cell
activity it seems like this will correct the lack of oxygen and it's
various symptoms, such as hyper-sensitivity or just feeling the need
for more air in the lungs/body.

I am curious if anyone else has noticed a feeling of lack of oxygen
in some way, certainly fatigue is related to it.
