While some heaters may employ some type of fan, and may indeed get a
little arm, a purely FIR heater, again, will not heat the air by itself.
The FIR waves are like microwaves or solar radiation - they do not need
to be 'swirled about'.
FIR heats from the inside out - again, like a microwave. You turn on the
FIR heater, you feel the warmth pretty much instantly, but the
temperature of the air itself doesn't change.

This sentence should tell you something... note the first part, that
says 'Ordinary saunas heat the air...'? This implies that theirs is not
an 'ordinary sauna' that 'heats the air' - yet you are telling us it does.
As I said - the mere fact that they employ some technique that also
heats the air is not in and of itself bad, or indicative of fraud - but
it leads me to wonder. The 'heaters' pictures on their website do not
look like any FIR heaters I've seen, either (little square boxes sitting
on the floor - see attached).
I'd prefer to get the ones Jim sells - but he seems to have disappeared
since his new years message... :(
