FIR does *not* heat the air - so either these are not really FIR
heaters, or they have a fan included with them and some kind of normal
heating element, possibly in order to help 'pre-heat' the air in the
sauna tent.

Bottom line... a purely FIR heater does *not* have a fan, or 'blow hot air'.

... While some heaters may employ some type of fan, and may indeed get a little arm, a purely FIR heater, again, will not heat the air by itself. The FIR waves...
