Far Infrared Heater:Difference Between Convection Heat & Radient He   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #2136 of 2330 |
This webpage shows the difference between Convection Heat and Radiant
Heat in a sauna - the latter is what you get with a FAR or FIR infared sauna.
This also shows you diagrams for both types of heat to illustrate how they
work plus a diagram of a light spectrum.
Additionally if discusses cost saveings.
This is worth reading; however I didn't post the whole article as
the diagrams are important in my opinion to appreciate and understand it
truly.
Blessings

Far Infrared Heater

The ceramic heating elements of a Far Infrared Heater radiate a wave that
produces a comfortable warmth in the body. This type of heat is similar to the
heat produced by a wood burning stove (without the hassles of stocking wood,
chopping the wood, building the fire, and keeping the fire stoked.).
