The mission of the "CF Community" is to develop and maintain an active NETWORK of CF patients, parents, family members and friends. This NETWORK aims to provide the infrastructure needed to give participants the opportunity to reach out to one another and work together, collectively and individually, to better manage the physical, psychological and social challenges of living with Cystic Fibrosis. Our target area is the Upper Midwest Region of the United States.
