Hi 
I'm looking for a 1 bdrm or large studio with kitchen and fenced yard for myself and my senior dog. Hoping to stay in oakland.  Prefer a free standing  unit as like like alot of  privacy and quiet.   
I have good references.  The place i have been living for 9 years has mold- thinking this may have to do with some of my  illness.

 

If i do find a place i'm not sure how i will get the stamina to make the change.  or the courage-
