The doctor I used to see was wonderful but he died in November.

Hi Terri
My PCP knows what CFIDS is (to the extent that mainstream medicine knows) and
has been willing to do some research to see whether there is anything new about
it. She is part of a practice of 4 women doctors in the Ashby Alta Bates medical
area and I have the impression they are all pretty good (I was referred there by
my doctor at the university health services, who was also pretty good). They are
Klebanoff, Drinkard, O'Melveny and Bodor (I see Bodor) at 510-848-7977.
I don't know whether you know of Eric Gordon in Santa Rosa, but he has long ago
made himself a CFIDS/FM specialist (he has a million CFIDS patients), and I
sometimes consult him by phone, but I have to pay for this myself. His # is
707-575-5180. He does experimental treatments if you are interested. None of
them ever helped me.
Good luck!
Sarah
