A friend of mine tried to phone Dr. Camp in Mill Valley and his number was disconnected.

 

Do you have any idea of his whereabouts or current info? And... could you say a bit about him again? I no longer have your original email and, thanks to CFIDS and FM.... can't remember well enough!

 

Also, would you be willing to say something abt how you got 99% well? I think that's a hope many of us would like to cling to!!
