There should be many medical equipment/supply stores in SF that might be carrying ergonomic writing instruments~ or at least catalogs featuring them. My experience is that people in these medical supply stores can be very helpful. I just looked in the Marin yellow pages and there were a whole bunch.
 
Also, there should be some info abt assistive devices (not cmptr assistive devices) through the Arthritis Foundation website. Aside from OTs in private practice, any place that works w/stroke, head injury or special ed clients should be helpful.

The Myofascial pain in my arm is really acting up and interfering with my ability to write using a pen or pencil.  Can anyone recommend an occupational therapist?  I want one to help me in finding assistive devices for writing.  I'm also hoping that he or she will be able to help me  learn how to write with my left hand. 
 
I'm also looking for a store in SF that carries ergonomic pen grips.  Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
