I did a search for FM on yelp.com and got some interesting reviews - mostly of massage therapists and chiropractors. http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=fibromyalgia&ns=1&rpp=10&find_loc=San+Francisco%2C+CA

Did the same for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but didn't get many helpful results.
