I am a Family Nurse practitioner student performing my graduate thesis on middle aged adults with chronic benign pain ( non-cancer pain). I am looking at the psyoscoial effects of this chronic syndrone on adults ages 35-64 years of age. All surveys are due by 4/28/07. All surveys will be confidential and used for the purpose of research only. SUrvey data will be submitted for possible publication at the completion with agrate data only.
