The first session was both enjoyable and useful as feedbacked by some of those of you who came. Thanks for your support and commitment! We will definitely plan even more enriching sessions for you in the future so hope to see more of you attending the sessions.

 

Please find the attached notes from Mr Alan Yeo’s presentation on “What is counseling” for your own perusal. I am afraid there are no notes for Shangpa Rinpoche’s session.

 

Also, here is a reminder that the next support grp session will be held on 18 February (Saturday) with the same topics but by different speakers and held in Mandarin. I am sure that there will be new knowledge and insights for you to gain, as well as new friends to meet, so make a note in your diary and come!
