thanks so much for the wonderful card and gift. my only regret is
that i missed you and did not get to see you on thursday evening when
you dropped it off. all of you are not on the email list and i will
be trying to catch up with you by snail mail but in the meantime
wanted to express my appreciation for your thoughtfulness. brett was
lucky to have friends like you. i hope to see you on the gathering i
am hosting on 4/28 for bretts family and friends.

PS to reply to shawn, joey lived to about 18years old! brett was 5yrs
when we got joey who was about 1 yr old. he loved that cat and was
really devoted to him especially when he got feline lukemia and was
ill the last year or so. i will try to post a photo of them, too.
