I am trying to get information. My son Richard , who is 19 had a brain tumor
removed in December of 08. He was in and out of the hospital for over two months
with several surgeries. The last one he had to have a shunt. The tumor has left
him legally blind, and suffered some hearing loss. We live in coulmbia, SC. Im
tring to get information on applying for disability, we were denied our 1st
time. We did not have any medical insurance, but Thank God for St.Jude hospital
in Memphis. Also, im trying to find information on colleges for people with low
vision.this is all new to us, I would appreciate any advice.
