It was with great saddenss that I got a email from a friend letting me know Kim
passed away yesterday. :o( I am so sorry to be the one to bear this sad news
but, thought you all might want to know as she seems to mean so much to so many
here.

I will be in touch with Scott and will let keep you posted as I learn more.
