9 years ago I had surgery to remove a tumor. Left cavernous sinus
meningioma.
Dr Donald Wright did my surgery and Dr Laligam Sekhar assisted.

Last week I received information in the mail from Dr Sekhar requesting
information
for my latest MRI and a questionaire for me to fill out about my situation
about how
I was doing. I was almost amazed!

I am doing pretty well, considering my situation during my surgery. I was
left with
a completely blind left eye and I have trigeminal nerve damage which bothers
me
terribly on the left side of my head. I take several medications to deal
with this.

But I did return full time back to my employment and I can still drive and
everything.
I do have bad short term memory problems! That is either from the surgery,
medicine
or age, maybe all three combined!

Anyway, I was surprised the surgeon was following up after 9 years. (from WA
state) I live in KS (my surgery was in Wash, DC)
