Hello,
I've been trying to respond to the questions regarding my post with
no luck so I'm posting with a new topic. Sorry if the others end up
going through!
In response to the inquiry about there being a few diffent "stories"
out there about my child...that is correct. I have 2 children that
have been helped by vasodilation therapy. A year ago my son was
born with a severe brain injury due to a loss of blood and oxygen
and in seeking to help him I stumbled upon this doctor and the
treatment also helped my oldest son who has autism. It has been
remarkable and more than I hoped to say the least. I'm just very
passionate and trying to tell people about this as it's not a very
well known therapy and can help so many people.
As for dilating with oxygen...yes this helps. ie HBOT therapy.
However, damaged or constricted blood vessels sometimes lose
their "flexibility" for lack of a better word and different
medications work on the vessel wall and help to restore this...it's
much more scientfic than this, but it's the gist. Dr. H discusses
this in his publications.... HBOT in conjunction with the meds is
great. This doctor is a big proponent of this....
I have found the therapy to be effective with no side effects for
both of my children. I have been in touch with other patients and
they feel the same.
I hope this clarifies things a bit.
Liz
