Another one I like is The Complete Book of Raw Food Lori Baird, Julie Rodwell
editors.
It is a compilation of over 350 recipes from different raw food chefs.

that
look really great. They use sprouts and seeds and nuts for making up crackers
and
breads.....looks very interesting. You are getting all the enzymes from the raw
veggies
and fruits and all the nutrients without the processed food and gluten. The
nutrients
are not cooked away. The kids plant their own sprouts and enjoy learning about
the
whole process of eating the right kinds of food. they have recipes for almond
milks
and lots of interesting recipes.

be a
little bit of a switch to remove chicken and fish. Ellen is eating so well now
(we had a
year where she was very picky and would not eat very well) ....seems to be
connected
to something being "off" with her as now she is very healthy, strong, and eating
better
than ever. She seems very grounded and calm and very happy, so we are thrilled
with
our progress to say the least!
