What is the BE-Diet, with RAW Principals?
The Body Ecology Diet,focus on healing the digestive tract and establishing a RICH abundant INNER ecosystem inside the intestinal tract. Your meal will be RICH in "cultured foods" that have been known to be essential for a long and HEALTHY life. You'll notice much better digestion, weightloss,more energy and many other benefits you can't see like a healthy mucosal lining. If you eat our cultured foods on a regular basis, digestion of other meals, including those with difficult to digest proteins and fats will also be greatly enhanced.
This is an IDEAL diet if you are struggling with a severe immune disorder that requires immediate cleansing. Examples would be cancer and any active viral condition including AIDS, and any of the herpes family. This viral family is present in many people including those with MS and Chronic Fatigue (CFIDS).
RAW foods, when prepared and used properly, can be EASY to digest and will GREATLY assist the liver in cleansing.
The Body Ecology Diet, states the RAW food diet is BEST suited in warmer climates and in the hot summer season,when practiced with a HIGH content of raw vegan foods as a lifestyle.In the cooler months you may want to opt out to use that 20% to include some well prepared and high quality lightly cooked foods or continue to included 20% high quality raw animal based foods.
What makes BED different from other RAW foods diets?
No sweet fruits or sugar on the healing stage of the diet, honors classical food combining principals, 80% vegetables,20% protein ( mostly from nuts and seeds, young coconut spoon meat)but can include some raw animal based foods such as free range egg yolks ,raw butter and raw milk kefir but, VERY IMPORTANTLY, your meals will be 60-80% cultured foods to encourage digestion, HEALING of the mucosal lining of the digestive tract and to establish a healthy INNER ECOSYSTEM.
