two stranded twists

Hey, Ladies!! Its been really slow on here lately. I just wanted to
send everyone a shout out to say "hello."
I have one question: Does anyone know the technique for two stranded
twist extensions?? I would very much like to try these at home so I
don't break the bank($$$) by having them professionally done.

Please offer ANY advice!! Its appreciated.
