SHARING stories of pregnancy and birth, as well as options for local providers, birth locations and birth educators;
INSPIRING power and confidence throughout the experience of pregnancy, birth and parenthood;
DISCOVERING how to become your own birth advocate in order to experience the birth you desire; and
CELEBRATING the life-changing experiences of pregnancy, birth and parenting.
Birth Talk will meet the first Monday of each month at Bon Air Presbyterian Church at 9201 W. Huguenot Road (near the intersection with Forest Hill Avenue) and on the third Monday of each month Birth Talk will meet at Lewis Ginter Recreation Association Community Building at 3421 Hawthorne Avenue.(Chamberlayne/Belvidere north off of 95 2 miles – turn right on Westwood, left on Hawthorne).
